Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. This was our first experience with Schlueter Plumbing, and it started out well: they answered their phone! This already set them apart from others we've called haha. Got a good feeling from the person on the phone, and again when the actual person showed up at the door (I think we got Robert to do the job?) He got his tape measure out and looked everything over and quickly had a quote ready for us. Even better, he could go grab everything, return, and do the entire job that afternoon! He worked really hard for us, as there were of course some complications in our hundred-year-old house. End of the day, it was all finished, we have had no troubles, and we have found our new Cincinnati plumbers finally!

This is not the first time we've hired Schlueter. This time they helped with my kitchen refresh by disconnecting the plumbing and gas cooktop the day before my countertop installation. Then the day after they hooked up the new sinks and faucet. They were prompt, courteous and straight forward on the reasonable pricing.

I have used Schlueter Plumbing for the past 20 years. I’ve always been happy with their work. Over the years they've installed a new water heater and sump pump, helped me remodel bathrooms, rebuilt a toilet and installed faucets. I pop trust their advice. No problems whatsoever. This time, I needed a replacement faucet installed. I got an appointment for a few days after I called, they came, took care of the faucet and a few other things. Everything was working and neat and clean when they left. I’d highly recommend Schlueter Plumbing. I do, however, miss hearing “It’s a great day at Schlueter Plumbing” when I call!

Tyler called me after hours on a Friday evening to discuss our issue and walked me through what to do in preparation for his service call on Monday. He was on time Monday morning and did a thorough and professional job replacing our old water heater. He is an asset to your company. Very satisfied.

These guys are great. Had a pipe burst over the winter and they were able to come the same day and get the problem solved within an hour or so at a price that didn't destroy my wallet. Joe, the plumber that was sent out was a super nice guy and we ended up chatting about our hobbies for a while as well! Great job overall. Super satisfied!
