SCHLUETER PLUMBING REVIEWS

The tenant below me had a leak coming from his ceiling. I was already aware of what needed to be done. I just needed to find a plumber who was well known and reliable. I called my realtor, and she told me about Schlueter Plumbing. I called them up and made an appointment and the gentleman I spoke to was so understanding and nice. They came out on a Friday, and I was greeted by Tyler and his coworker. Tyler explained everything to me that would need to be done. This was a 2-day job process, due to the fact that he had to have the water shut off and he had to contact the condo association. Tyler came back on Monday to finish the job. He was so nice and polite. He explained what the finish process would be and everything afterwards. I'm thankful for my realtor suggesting this plumbing company to me.

A satisfied customer that is a friend recommended Schlueter Plumbing to me. Joe Von arrived on time. He listened as I shared what happened and showed him where the issues were located. He knew what the problems were and let me know the approximate cost to fix them. When Joe was finished making the necessary repairs, he explained what he did and valve positions of off & on. He told me the PSI setting so it would not cause any issues with the water heater. I took notes to make sure I would remember everything and could pass this information along to any future home owners. Joe was courteous, professional, and personable. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will be using Schlueter Plumbing for any other plumbing problems that might arise. I highly recommend Joe and Schlueter Plumbing.

Chad came out looked at our hot water heater, provided us some options to consider, sent a proposal for two options. Since we have used Schlueter Plumbing several times before and were always satisfied we submitted the approval and within a day we had a new Hot Water heater installed and working perfectly. Chad went over the unit with us answered any questions. It was quick, fast and professional.
